In celebration of “English Tourism Week”, luxury hotel Carden Park is offering the chance to win an overnight stay at its quintessentially English estate, sitting in 1,000 acres of beautiful Cheshire countryside.
The lucky winner will enjoy an overnight stay in the Carden Luxury Suite. They will be treated to dinner, breakfast and the use of Carden Park’s award-winning spa and leisure facilities.
Ranked as one of Britain’s great country estates, Carden Park is home to an impressive 198 newly refurbished bedrooms and four Carden Luxury Suites.
The hotel is also home to a vineyard boasting 3-acres of expansive vines which produce around 6,000 bottles of Carden Estate Reserve through the traditional “méthode champenoise” every year. This spring, guests can enjoy the local tipple from a brand-new terrace with breathtaking countryside views.
The hotel is also a national gem for food lovers thanks to executive head chef Graham Tinsley MBE, who is on hand creating delicious dishes at the on-site award-winning Redmond’s Restaurant. Graham often takes foraging trips within the estate and has his own personal garden on site, ensuring he can source local flavours and ingredients for the menu.
Active types won’t be disappointed either, as tennis, mountain biking, archery and even falconry can all be found at Carden Park. There are also two championship, award winning golf courses, the Nicklaus and the Cheshire course. The Nicklaus course was designed by golfing legend Jack Nicklaus and his son Steve, and is known as “the thinking man’s golf course”.
Sitting between the Cheshire and Chester border, Carden Park is at the centre of an abundance of local attractions for guests to enjoy. World-renowned Chester Zoo is just a 30-minute drive from the estate. Nearby, Cheshire Oaks offers avid shoppers the choice of over 150 designer outlet stores and the historic town of Chester is a short drive away.
There are no limits to outstanding activities available at Carden Park — making it far more than just a hotel!
